Hello and welcome to Health Life Fitness

Health Life Fitness (HLF) is a combined educational, health and fitness organisation based in Gloucestershire that offers a range of services to help people improve their health, be fitter, lose weight, manage their diabetes and stay strong and independent in older age.

Our services currently include exercise classes, including bespoke classes for older adults and for pre or type 2 diabetes. We also offer weight management programmes, personal training and lifestyle informational workshops.

Many of our services usually take place locally in community settings to be more accessible for our clients.

HLF also aims to work in partnership with other health organisations such as GP surgeries and diabetic services to help you improve your health and fitness as well as achieve your goals.

Our exercise classes help you get stronger, improve flexibility, lose weight, get toned up and improve your health and fitness levels.

We cater for all ability levels, so beginners or those who haven’t exercised in a while are welcome.

Functional fitness classes for seniors

Fun exercise classes aimed for older adults and those with conditions such as asthmas, arthritis, osteoarthritis, poor balance, mobility and osteopenia.

The classes help you work towards goals such as falls prevention, increasing fitness, strength, balance and mobility. They’re also a great opportunity for socialising and meeting new friends.

Exercise classes for pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes

‘Beating Diabetes’ is an 8-week programme for people with pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes involving exercise, education and support to help them manage their condition while improving their health and fitness.

Run by a diabetes qualified instructor, you can connect with others having a similar experience in a fun and supportive environment.

Our weight management programme helps provide you with the support, knowledge and skill’s to take back control, lose body fat, keep it off, change your body shape and improve your fitness and health.
